Day Four Pictures - Beaching the day away

I had often told my kids about my trip to Florida in 1979 after high school
We decided to do some "before and after" shots just for fun

On the way back off the pier (before sunning), we took some "fishing photos":

The beach was really packed

But we managed to find our car again.
I sat down with the latest Stephen King ("Dreamcatcher")
The rest went out to play in the ocean

Tazzy did the average play in the waves thing

The guys tried to call sharks by wrestling

*more long-suffering type sigh*

As mentioned in the tale, we headed home at the "pink" stage
But in this picture, which looks more red.....

....the t-shirt or my butt????

It's a good thing we hit a liquor store on the way back to the hotel
Even if Madmartigan DID snap this pic just because he liked the sign:

Because, as this grainy picture shows, we were The Coppertone Twins.......
